I handle a variety of transactional and litigation support cases, including business and corporate law, civil litigation, estate planning, probate administration, trust administration, family law, land use planning and real estate cases (including commercial and residential real estate transactions, landlord-tenant disputes, and property development), and tax law.

Do I offer administrative support?

Yes. I offer client intake, case and document management services, client billing, and bookkeeping services.

Do I offer hourly or flat fee pricing arrangements?

How are clients invoiced?

My service fees and billable hours are invoiced via Quickbooks Online. Client billable hours logs are provided with each invoice for services. The billable hours logs are generated via my Clio account in PDF and CVS formats.

Am I an Independent Contractor?

Yes. I am an independent contractor and will provide the appropriate documentation (i.e., W-9). To begin working on projects an independent contractor agreement is required.
